Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using qrcrack.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to every visitor, whether you generate one QR code or ten thousand.

2. The service is free

QRCrack is free for personal and commercial use. Every QR code you generate belongs to you. Print them on menus, flyers, product packaging, t-shirts, billboards, wedding invitations, or anything else. No licence fee, no royalty, no attribution required.

Attribution is welcome but never required. A link back to qrcrack.com from your own site helps us keep the lights on.

3. No warranty

QR codes are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. QRCrack does not guarantee that every QR code will scan on every scanner, printer, lighting condition, or camera resolution. We recommend testing each QR code before mass production or high-stakes use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use QRCrack to:

• encode illegal content or link to illegal material;
• create phishing QR codes, malware distribution links, or fraudulent payment QR codes;
• impersonate a person, brand, government, or organisation;
• circumvent security measures on any third-party site or service;
• abuse the URL shortener to mask malicious destinations.

We reserve the right to deactivate short links or dynamic QR codes that are reported for abuse, with or without notice.

5. Future paid features

Static QR code generation is free forever. Advanced features such as dynamic QR codes with scan analytics, bulk API access beyond generous free limits, and team workspaces may require a paid plan in the future. Free accounts created before any pricing change will retain their existing quota.

6. Intellectual property

QRCrack, the logo, and the site design are owned by the operator. The QR code format itself is a public standard (ISO/IEC 18004) and is not patent-encumbered for use. You retain all rights to the content you encode.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QRCrack and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost profits, lost data, or misprinted collateral.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
